We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Shop Fitter / Installer to join the dynamic team. A challenging yet rewarding role, perfect for those seeking variety beyond traditional cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Design, build, and install expo products for exhibitions across Australia.
• Liaise with clients to manage expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Install a variety of fixtures, including shelving, displays, cabinetry, and signage.
• Assemble and install furniture and equipment according to safety standards.
• Conduct site assessments to determine layout and installation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to meet project goals.
• Safely transport and manage company vehicles and equipment.
• Participate in pre-start meetings and job briefings.

Notable Skills & Qualifications

• Strong math abilities and knowledge of building and construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience as an installer/shop fitter or in a similar role.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using hand/power tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting heavy objects.

Working Conditions
