This lovely, EXCEEDING 39 place service located in Wetherill Park is looking for an experienced Certificate III trained Educator to join their welcoming and established team. The centre is a preschool service catering for children from the ages 3-5 years. The service takes a child-centred approach to learning, whereby each child is viewed as a competent and independent learner, capable of exploring and guiding their own learning. As an educator of the service you will follow a similar holistic approach to teaching and will be provided with the right support and resources to ensure you are able to provide quality learning experiences for each child.
The Role
As a Certificate III Trained Educator your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and working alongside the Room Leader to implement programming leading to successful learning outcomes for the children
- Communicate positively with the children and families
- Establish, nurture and foster collaborative partnerships with families and communities to achieve quality learning and development outcomes for children
- Be reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
- Develop and maintain high quality documentation and teaching methods
About You
To be successful in this position you must have:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA assessed equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- In depth understanding of the EYLF
