APS5 Resource Co-Ordinator, 12-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Richmond, with a minimum of two days in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.
This role involves supporting resource management by maintaining resource trackers, organising interviews, onboarding newcomers, ordering equipment, and preparing materials. It includes assisting with both formal agency and Scheme Digital Platforms onboarding, providing tool access to platforms like Jira and Confluence, and acting as a communication link between team members and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves scheduling and organising project meetings and workshops, supporting forum and meeting logistics, maintaining accurate project documentation, assisting with procurement activities, managing the leave calendar, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks for the team.
