Your New Role
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted partner to the Chair and CEO of a Research Foundation. This is more than just a support role — it’s your chance to take ownership, make an impact, and help advance critical research initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure the Chair’s diary is managed efficiently, and handle correspondence in a timely manner.
- Support the Chair by coordinating and planning efficiently for meetings for the Board and wider team.
- Communicate and share important decisions with internal and external partners as directed.
- Collate and prepare reports as required, including for the monthly use of credit cards.
- Be responsible for travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodation for the Chair and wider team.
- Act as a point of contact for the Chair, and prioritise tasks on their behalf
- Support the office and wider team by supporting office management duties such as; ordering office supplies, liaising with contractors, mailbox management and wider office communications.
What You Bring
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- A collaborative and pro-active approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create professional documents and presentations.
