Your new role
As an Executive Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Efficiently handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Supporting the creation and modification of documents and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Arranging executive travel schedules and reservations while adhering to company policies.
- Preparing and processing Travel and Expense (T&E) claims in accordance with company guidelines.
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems and signing for incoming mails and packages.
Your skills and experience
- Must have prior experience in an EA role, showcasing a deep understanding of associated responsibilities.
- Hold strong organisational and planning capabilities, adept at handling multiple and evolving priorities.
- Demonstrate a high-energy, mature demeanor with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in recording, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes, with essential audio typing skills.
- Bring expertise in extensive calendar management and effective handling of email and written communications.
- Ideally, hold experience in a dynamic Investment Bank setting, offering a valuable advantage.
- Possess a sound knowledge of the financial industry, complemented by strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
