We are seeking a dynamic and organised Executive Support Officer to join our Finance team on a fixed-term basis for 8 months. In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Executive Manager of Finance and other senior managers as required. This position plays a vital part in facilitating service delivery across the Directorate and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to senior leaders within the Finance team
- Manage inquiries and requests from various internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with project coordination, research, and reporting
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Use corporate systems to support planning, project management, and collaboration
Requirements:
- Advanced computer literacy, including MS Teams
- Strong organisational, research, and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience
