You will form part of a team responsible for looking after the following:
- Providing a range of administration support activities such as meeting co-ordination and diary management
- Ensuring accurate and timely process of administration including compliance with statutory requirements
- Navigate and deal with highly sensitive and strictly confidential matters
- Assist with one off projects and reports as requested

- Proven experience as an Executive administrator
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong numerical aptitude.
What we are looking for;
- Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work
- Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders both internal and external
- Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a smooth function
- Previous experience as an EA or Office Administrator
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
