Key Responsibilities:

About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator
- Background in social services, youth, and aged care sectors is essential
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Passionate, flexible and adaptable nature
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procura and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
