The Role
This is a fixed term contract - 13 month maternity leave cover offering full time hours Monday to Friday. With the nature and requirement of the executive, the role is 5 days work from the office.
You will be supporting 3 C-Suite executives with varying levels of support required across traditional EA duties and scheduled board meetings and reporting a key part of the role:
- Comprehensive diary and schedule management;
- Managing inboxes, emails, and correspondence with discretion;
- Coordinating travel arrangements;
- Preparing presentations, board reports, and briefing materials;
- Organising business events, conferences, and executive functions;
- Managing invoices, expenses, and approvals;
- Adhoc duties within the administration team;
- Acting as a trusted liaison and primary point of contact for the Executives.
Your Skills and Experience
- EA experience is a must (financial services desirable)
- Agile and dynamic across different ever-changing tasks
- All rounder & team player mentality with collaboration at the forefront of decisions
- Highly organised and self sufficient with great attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and adaptable
