• Utilise extensive leadership skills to build a high performing project team
• Be a significant contributor toward all project and team objectives
• Provide clear communication to all stakeholders, team members and Subject Matter Experts,
• Develop team schedules and ensure deadlines are met and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members
• Creation and contribution to project progress reports and other reports for a range of audiences as required.
• Provide a deep understanding of ERP systems, their impact and integration to provide the most effective solutions.
• Project planning: The project lead will work alongside the project manager to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

Required knowledge or experience

• An understanding of ERP systems, including their inoperability, integration and efficiencies that maximise positive impact on users.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design and delivery involving multiple and complex requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, implement change and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high performing team.
• Proven ability to continuously improve processes to achieve business unit outcomes.
