Randstad Digital is currently working with an enterprise-level organisation to find an ERP Operations Manager to the operational and related management of SAP legacy ecosystem. This role is responsible for leading a team of technical experts and related technology across the enterprise-wide SAP system. This role is a 12-month contract and is based in Brisbane’s CBD.
Responsibilities:
- This role will help redefine the service catalogue, service offerings and operational needs. The role is also expected to work alongside the phased implementation of S4HANA as the new ERP System is released.
- The role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across senior managers and staff, suppliers, customers, and support providers, to meet customer, organisation, and administration expectations.
- The role will continually monitor the SAP Platforms, including and not limited to: environments, managing releases across the landscape including migration of SAP Projects, SAP Security and other SAP patching needs through Development, Quality and testing prior to management of release with internal governance forums and stakeholders.
Necessary Skills:
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written. Including the ability to discuss technology matters to non-technology individuals.
- Problem solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Some experience in SAP Activate, ASAP Methodologies, SAP PI/XI desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Management or Engineering.
- Training and certifications in one or more of the following: Project and/or Program Management Prince2, PMBOK, PMI, ITIL, Contract Management.
