Key Responsibilities:
... - Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person, to prospective and current students and their families.
- Assist with student enrollment processes, including handling applications, verifying documents, and guiding families through required procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, CRM updates, and generating reports to support enrollment and admissions processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless onboarding and transitions for new students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the education or customer service sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in managing records and documentation.
- Experience with student management or CRM systems is highly regarded.
