Our federal government client is seeking an experienced ESM Technical Specialist to work in their Corporate Applications team who are responsible for scoping, designing, delivering and maintaining high quality IT systems and applications to support the entire agency and their partner organisations
... As a ESM Technical Specialist, you will be required to:
- Develop and implement ESM solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices, including integrating various enterprise systems and tools.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, security, and accessibility for all users.
- Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the ESM platform and facilitating user adoption through effective change management strategies.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ESM or IT service management roles.
- Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and the ITIL framework.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
