As a Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Solution Architect, you will be required to:
- Lead the design and architecture of ESM solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of ESM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements,provide technical guidance and ensure successful delivery of ESM projects.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise service management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, managing ESM projects. Including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise service management platforms (e.g. BMC Remedy, Atlassian Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell and/or similar) and related technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
