As a Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Solution Architect, you will be required to:

Lead the design and architecture of ESM solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

Oversee the implementation of ESM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements,provide technical guidance and ensure successful delivery of ESM projects.

The successful candidate must have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise service management or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in designing, managing ESM projects. Including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Strong knowledge of enterprise service management platforms (e.g. BMC Remedy, Atlassian Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell and/or similar) and related technologies.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
