Randstad is partnering with SA Water who is seeking a Engineer Dams to join the engineering team and contribute to the technical investigation, design and auditing of dams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your technical expertise in this field, ensure compliance with safety and design standards and work on innovative solutions for the Dams discipline.

Your new role:
- Provide technical support on Safety in Design (SiD) processes and dams discipline matters.
- Conduct technical investigations, designs and audits to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, accurate documentation for customers.
- Develop and contribute to WHS performance and best practice safety standards.
- Review and update technical standards to ensure they are fit for purpose and cost effective.
- Engage in industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in dam design.
- Actively participate in dams discipline forums and support knowledge sharing across teams.
To be successful you will need:
- Professional Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline (i.e. B.Eng)
- Post graduate studies in dams or structural engineering will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of dams engineering procedures and practices within the water industry would be desirable.
- Affiliation with Engineers Australia.
- Experience in technical writing, audits and supporting asset lifecycle solutions.
