Randstad Digital is currently working with one of Queensland’s largest employers to find an End User Computing Modern Management Specialist to join their team on a contract until 30th of July, 2025 with the strong opportunity to extend past that point. This role is responsible for developing the organisations Microsoft technologies of Azure, Endpoint Manager (Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager), Autopilot and Office 365 into a modern management state for the organisations Endpoint’s to migrate to.
As the current environment is utilising SCCM/MECM, the applicant should be highly efficient in managing and maintenance of devices using these technologies till such a stage that the project has completed the delivery of moving to the cloud managed platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with your team leader to agree performance standards and mutual expectations.
- Apply advanced ICT technical skills to manage, maintain, support and deploy end user computing technologies and platforms including desktops and mobile devices.
- Provide specialist ICT trouble shooting and incident management for ICT systems and applications, utilising the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and adhering to relevant policies, strategies, standards, protocols and procedures.
- Implement, manage, maintain and support desktop deployment technologies within System Centre Configuration Management (SCCM)
- Review and provide advice on the current Microsoft technologies of Azure, Endpoint Manager and Office 365.
- Design and document the strategy for the organisation's modern management endpoint capability and solution.
- Design and document the enablement of Microsoft Autopilot within the Azure platform.
- Design and document policy requirements to manage endpoints via Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Necessary Skills:
- At least 3 years experience with application packaging in technologies like MSI, AppV, MSIX.
- Preferably experienced with PSADTK and Install shield
- SCCM and intune experience with application deployment
- Proficient in powershell scripting
