As part of the Strategic Change Branch, you will support the delivery of the whole of agency’s change requirements driven to benefit participant and stakeholder outcomes. The Branch supports the Agency by deploying change management resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives, and designs activities and assessment to ensure positive impacts of change on staff, participants, partners, providers and other stakeholders.
EL1 AD, STRATEGIC CHANGE LEAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the establishment of future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey to ensure agency outcomes
- Coordinating the engagement of divisional and program leaders to future state vision, case for change and change leadership role/capabilities.
- Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement with key stakeholders.
- Providing support towards the establishment of strategies and delivery of changes factoring the operating environment and conflicting demands.
APS6, STRATEGIC CHANGE PROJECT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing change impact and business change assessments, transition to BAU plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
- Preparing, with guidance, change documentation, presentations, and data analysis to address audience and stakeholder requirements.
- Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks.

- Proven change management skills and the ability to generate ideas and implement solutions.
- Effective leadership and decision making skills and an ability to support and coach a team to develop trust, maximise knowledge and skills and ensure a commitment for successful performance outcomes
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to ensure stakeholders (internal and external) needs are met and to ensure productive relationships and stakeholder satisfaction.
