As the EL1 Project Manager, you will:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop, manage, and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with the Agency's project management framework.
• Governance and Stakeholder Reporting: Contribute to project design, governance, and reporting, including preparing business cases, executive briefs, and status updates.
• Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Analyse project performance, manage risks and issues, and coordinate quality management to ensure deliverables meet client needs.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee procurement and contract activities to stay within budget and timelines.
• Research and Evaluation: Conduct research, review, and evaluate projects, ensuring operational or technical integration and continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Australian Citizenship
• Ability to understand complex issues and interpret data to assist in determining root-cause issues.
• Deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflicting or challenging situations.
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Detailed knowledge of NDIA operating systems, practice and processes.
