About the Role

As the EL1 Assistant Director, Change Strategy, you will:

• Provide expert advice, research, reports, and assessments on workforce transformation strategies, best practices, and requirements.
• Prepare and review high-quality written materials, including policies, strategies, reports, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.
• Develop, manage, and implement project plans and schedules in line with the Agency’s project management framework.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project requirements, outputs, and impacts effectively.
• Identify and manage project risks, procure external consultancies, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Australian Citizenship
• Public Sector experience
• Workforce transformation experience
