About the Role
As the EL1 Assistant Director, Change Strategy, you will:
- Provide expert advice, research, reports, and assessments on workforce transformation strategies, best practices, and requirements.
- Prepare and review high-quality written materials, including policies, strategies, reports, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.
- Develop, manage, and implement project plans and schedules in line with the Agency’s project management framework.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project requirements, outputs, and impacts effectively.
- Identify and manage project risks, procure external consultancies, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian Citizenship
- Public Sector experience
- Workforce transformation experience
