Reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be based at one of our sites in Nowra, supporting the Sydney region, with occasional regional travel across NSW. You will be a part of a core crew of electricians. These duties will include, but not limited to;
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment
- Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment
- Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment
- Support subcontracted work packages as required
- Support various sites in the Sydney Region, with occasional requirements to travel to various sites throughout Sydney.
Location: Nowra, NSW
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week / No OT available
Rates: $44 - $52 p/h base rate + allowances (rates dependent on qualifications/experience)
About You
- You will be a strong team player, a self-starter and dedicated employee that will draw on your experience and diverse skills to deliver high quality outcomes for UGL and our customer. We expect the successful applicants to have the following
- Electrical licence with relevance experience
- Certificate IV in Electrical - Instrumentation
- Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas
- Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) trained required
- Confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded
- Safety is at the forefront of everything you do!
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance
- Able to supply your own hand tools
