Due to growth within the centre they are looking for their next Educational leader. This is a relatively new centre in its second year of trading so while the centre is evolving it means their are real chances to be part of making a difference in the centre and grow it to be a fantastic space for children and families. When full the centre will cater to 98 children.

The centre offers state of the art facilities such as a parent lounge, fresh barista coffee and baked treats! There are different learning hubs which boast many resources and educational materials, there is also a large outdoor space including bike tracks and cubby houses.

What we need from you:

Ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and children
Experienced and professional and committed to providing high quality education
ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Years Education (ECT)
Current blue card
Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid
Child protection training

Each day will see you:

Ensuring each room is presenting a welcoming and safe environment
Having the ability to work with different personalities and be open to their views and able to receive and give feedback to provide the best quality education
Implementing and practicing different theories of learning for different children to ensure there is not one rule for each child
Programming and planning for the centre incorporating the EYLF and NQS and be able to mentor and guide other staff members
