About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who thrives in delivering quality programs and navigating the complexities of compliance, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Program: Design and deliver an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Compliance Excellence: Ensure all practices meet regulatory standards and quality improvement benchmarks.
• Leadership: Guide the team with confidence and integrity, collaborating effectively with educators and families.
• Communication: Handle complex conversations with families, quality teams, and external stakeholders.
• Policy & Budgeting: Develop and implement policies, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Extensive experience as an ECT in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Confident communicator with excellent writing skills.
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations with families and teams.
• Passionate about early childhood education and relationship-building.
• Resilient, strong-willed, and dedicated to quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher qualification.
• CPR, First Ad, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate.
• Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate.
