The Enterprise Business Platform (EBP) Team enables the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of business-critical and self-service solutions across, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. As part of the ICT Branch, the team ensures platform security, governance, and operational stability while supporting innovation and efficiency.

Key Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development (including Field Service, Customer Service, and other modules).
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse business requirements and troubleshoot complex technical issues, especially those related to field service operations, scheduling, and mobile solutions.
- Collaboration: Proven success in working in cross-functional teams, liaising with stakeholders to align field service solutions with broader business objectives.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes for field service workflows and integrations.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools, frameworks, and practices, particularly around Dynamics 365 Field Service and its integration with other systems.
