We are excited our long standing client, a global market leader in Logistics and Supply Chain, to source the best talent on the market in the Dispatch and Transport space for the role of Dispatch Officer. - Secure consistent working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 2pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery and pick-up timeslots using an online booking portal.
- Process driver paperwork, including load manifests and pallet transfer documentation.
- Monitor driver check-in/check-out processes and ensure site inductions for new drivers.
- Book transport through carrier online portals.
- Ensure drivers comply with PPE requirements (Hi-Vis clothing, safety boots).
- Report late and unscheduled vehicles.
- Conduct general administration tasks, including filing and weighbridge verification reporting.
- Provide essential support to the Dock Office and Operations teams.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A professional phone and email manner.
- Previous data entry or administration experience in a fast-paced logistics or transport environment is essential.
- A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
