About You:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher ACECQA approved qualification).
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Clear National Police Check.
- Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations certificate and clear understanding of the reporting process.
- Proven experience in Centre Management or Assistant Director roles is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the capability to bring a skilled team together.
- Passionate about creating high-quality learning environments and lasting community connections in line with the National Quality Standards Framework (NQS).
- Confident navigating compliance, family relationships, budgeting, rostering and staffing.
