About the Opportunity:
Randstad is currently partnering with an established aged care provider in Noosa to appoint an experienced Director of Care for a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role, providing critical support during a period of transition.
About you:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing management role.
- A strong background in aged care and understanding of sector compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage people, budgets, and clinical operations.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- A passion for mentoring and developing aged care professionals.
**Suitable for Local applicants only – experienced Clinical Care Coordinators will also be considered**
