Director, Property Finance
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join a leading bank in the Corporate Property space,as a Director. In this role, you will manage a key portfolio of high-value property clients (debt up-to-c.$500m), including those engaged in commercial and residential property investments and developments. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be crucial in delivering meaningful solutions that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with an existing portfolio of high-value property clients, ensuring their complex banking needs are met.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the client base within the commercial and residential property sector.
Collaborate with a team of Analysts to provide tailored financial solutions.
Drive revenue growth by delivering strategic insights and leveraging a suite of innovative banking products and services.
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional client management and service delivery.
Act as the key point of contact for all client interactions, working closely with internal teams to address client needs and portfolio objectives.
Proactively manage portfolio risks and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and critical financial insights to Analysts to facilitate high-quality credit submissions.
About You: We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about relationship management and business growth within the property sector. The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record in managing a portfolio of high-value Corporate or Institutional clients, particularly within the large-scale property development and investment sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and expertise in business banking.
A deep understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and credit assessment processes.
The ability to leverage innovative technology solutions to provide valuable insights and creative financial strategies for clients.
A results-driven mindset, with a focus on client acquisition and portfolio expansion.
