Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve internet and intranet platforms to meet business objectives.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with UX and accessibility standards.
Oversee the helpdesk, resolving issues and performing advanced web publishing tasks.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials.
Implement business continuity plans to minimise service disruptions.
Build productive relationships with stakeholders.
Develop business cases and lead procurement processes.
Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements
Experience in developing and improving digital products within complex environments.
Expertise in online publishing, UX design, and accessibility.
Leadership and training skills to promote digital best practices.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of government digital standards.
Project management experience focused on digital transformation.
Familiarity with digital security frameworks.
