Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join the team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will report directly to the Product Owner and play a crucial role in developing and refining customer-facing apps and websites, with a strong focus on loyalty and rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritise requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including external loyalty partners, to ensure the successful implementation of rewards experiences via the app.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer-facing applications and websites to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure seamless integration and onboarding of new partners into the loyalty and rewards platform.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members and consultants.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Digital Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with customer-facing apps and websites.
- Strong background in loyalty and rewards programs.
- Ability to work effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
