What You’ll Do:
... - Build and maintain client relationships: Act as the primary contact, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Drive strategy and growth: Develop and implement campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, web development, and content marketing.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with creative, technical, and analytical teams to deliver innovative campaigns.
- Identify opportunities: Grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
- Mentor and lead: Support junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Oversee budgets: Manage resources effectively to achieve client and agency goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in account management or client services, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strategic mindset: Skilled in designing and executing integrated campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Organisational excellence: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
- Communication skills: Adept at conveying complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
