About The Role:
You will provide strategic and statutory planning advice, review the impact of Government planning policies and housing policy initiatives on the property portfolio, assist to manage consultants as required and undertake planning approvals.

This will include:
- Provide accurate and timely technical planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, housing providers, contractors, and consultants.
- Assist in the completion of planning and technical study reviews, provide advice and planning solutions, and project management of consultants, contractors, and providers
- Provide advice and recommendations on the appropriateness of different approaches to managing planning risks across projects
- Providing quality and timely planning information and analysis to enable input into development projects which have tight deadlines and short timeframes.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Strong stakeholder management and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant environmental and planning legislation and processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in urban/regional planning or related discipline and/or equivalent planning experience.
