Randstad Digital is currently working with a Utilities organisation in Queensland to find a Technical Developer & Analyst to join a high performing project team. This role will be responsible to develop, integrate, and configure functionalities to support notification templates, API development, and system integration for seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA and the internal .NET-based system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify key notifications and integration requirements.
- Develop Notification Templates in SAP S/4HANA.
- Build SAP OData APIs to Expose and Consume Data in SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop APIs in the Internal .NET-Based System to Consume SAP S/4 APIs.
- Integrate and test APIs in the .NET-based system for end-to-end data exchange.
- Conduct workshops and discussions with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, KPIs, and data visualisation requirements.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes for dashboards and reports.
- Develop detailed and optimised Tableau-ready data models that align with the reporting needs of the business.
- Ensure data normalisation, schema optimisation, and relationships among datasets are well- defined. Create comprehensive documentation for developed dashboards, including data sources, design rationale, and user guides.
Necessary Skills:
- Experience with Reporting Analysis and Tableau.
- Experience with SAP ABAP and development of OData services.
- Ability to manage requirements traceability.
- Ability to capture, develop and document business requirements, including updating existing requirements.
- Experience in the development and establishment of formal control documents, frameworks, governance, policy and processes, preferably in an IT environment.
- Advanced understanding of typical workflows and processes of government owned corporations, preferably in the energy or utility sector.
- Proficiency in SAP technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori, UI5, CDS views, OData services, and SAP HANA.
- Capability to design and implement interfaces using SAP BTP, IDocs, ALE, and APIs for system integration.
- Skilled in backend development, including APIs, RESTful services, and database integration (SQL Server, MySQL, or Entity Framework).
