About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Services Hub Lead to manage a dynamic team within the IT branch. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of four, promoting a culture of high performance and positive engagement.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and implement the Hub roadmap and services, enhancing technological capabilities and improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and support diverse technology applications, including data, integration, content management, and ERP platforms.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organisational goals and foster genuine partnerships across various sectors.
• Promote process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in IT delivery management, particularly with Microsoft platforms, and familiarity with ERP systems in Finance and HCM.
• Strong technical acumen and expertise in managing complex digital development projects within a multi-platform environment.
