The Opportunity:
Our client is on the hunt for their next Project Manager based in Canberra. The ideal PM will have a Defence background preferably with below the line experience working with an engineering business and delivering projects for the Department of Defence.

Key Responsibilities of your new role:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Working with production and engineer to ensure project timelines are met
- Developing project documentation to fulfill Defence requirements for capability acquisition processes
- Collaborating within a project team to successfully deliver a variety of projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget goals
- Manage a portfolio of projects
Successful candidate will ideally process:
- Project management experience, ideally within an engineering envrionment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Relevant engineering and/or project management qualifications
- A current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher
- Highly desirable - Experience dealing with stakeholders within the Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG)
