Quality Assurance/Data Entry – Specialised Agribusiness Accounts

Location: Docklands and Bendigo locations available
Contract Duration: Starting immediately until June 30th (Potential for extension)
Hours: 8:30am-5pm

About the Role:
Join a specialised Banking accounts team, assisting with processing high volumes of customer account openings during the critical end-of-financial-year period. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in admin/clerical roles and transactional processing, particularly in high-volume environments with tight deadlines. The role focuses on opening specialised customer accounts for taxation management purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the accurate and efficient opening of specialised customer accounts, in line with current regulatory requirements.

• Complete high-volume transactional/processing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Adhere to strict deadlines, particularly during the high-demand weeks leading up to June.

• Ensure compliance with all necessary procedures, including regulatory and internal guidelines.

• Provide support to the team as needed, including potential overtime during the last two weeks of June.

About You:

• Previous experience in administration, data entry, or transactional processing, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.

• Previous expeirence in Quality Assurance is highly regarded

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Flexible with work hours, including the potential for overtime during peak periods.
