Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the accurate and efficient opening of specialised customer accounts, in line with current regulatory requirements.
Complete high-volume transactional/processing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Adhere to strict deadlines, particularly during the high-demand weeks leading up to June.
Ensure compliance with all necessary procedures, including regulatory and internal guidelines.
Provide support to the team as needed, including potential overtime during the last two weeks of June.
About You:
Previous experience in administration, data entry, or transactional processing, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Flexible with work hours, including the potential for overtime during peak periods.
Locations:
This role is available to candidates based in Bendigo, or Melbourne.
This role is fully office based for 2 weeks of training and then is 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Join a specialised Banking accounts team, assisting with processing high volumes of customer account openings during the critical end-of-financial-year period. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in admin/clerical roles and transactional processing, particularly in high-volume environments with tight deadlines. The role focuses on opening specialised customer accounts for taxation management purposes.
