The data analyst is to:
- assess current data practices and identify gaps
- collaborate with MBC teams to establish standardised data definitions and collection methods;
- develop a centralised data repository that serves as the single source of truth for all data requests;
- implement quality assurance processes for ongoing data reliability;
- establish a consistent and reliable data reporting framework;
- identify opportunities to automate data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- develop a comprehensive understanding of data ownership, sources, and required metrics;
- provide insights and recommendations to be actioned to improve data management to support operational decision-making
