Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent solution delivery.
- Work closely with the testers and project team to ensure DevOps items are being managed to meet timeframes, timely development sprints are achieved, and defects are resolved.
- Work in an agile methodology operating environment.
- Create and update technical design documents and as build documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Have minimum of 7 years of Power Platform development experience.
- Have minimum of 5 years’ experience in customising Power Apps Portals.
- Experience with configuring portals in Power Apps Portal studio including designing web pages, forms and content.
- Managing the development lifecycle from end-to-end through the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution.
- Good knowledge on liquid templates, jQuery, Bootstrap 3.3 and above.
- Experience configuring various security protocol such as Oauth and ability to configure in Power Apps Portal.
- Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with Power Automate.
- Experience with Angular or React will be added advantage.
- Experience in customising and configuring D365 including forms, views, workflows and business rules.
- Experience in integrating D365 with other systems such as external APIs,
- Configure Microsoft Data verse and create apps by using Microsoft Power Apps including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Portal Apps
- Integrating of Microsoft Power Apps with other apps and services using REST API.
- Experience in configuring business rules.

- Conduct data analysis for entity model design and build, identify and incorporate data rules within the application’s context, data mappings and integration mappings.
- Develop quality, fit-for-purpose applications and services including custom workflows, plug-ins and various integrations.
