This is a Cybersecurity Specialist role, where you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive security risk assessments for technical designs and implementations.
• Performing security audits to ensure measures are effective and compliant.
• Providing technical advice to team members and departments on security-related matters.
• Creating, managing, and delivering comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations.
• Identifying, assessing, and prioritising risks to information assets and designing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with IT and cybersecurity professionals to integrate and deploy security solutions.
• Staying updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and hacker methodologies.
• Managing incident responses, prioritising issues, and ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Continuously improving cybersecurity processes and policies.

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in conducting cyber assessments for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
• A thorough understanding of frameworks and standards such as CPS-234, CPS-230, CIS, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST-CSF, Essential 8, SABSA, NIST 800-53, and MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND.
• Experience in security engineering, API security, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH (highly desirable).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work within Agile environment
