About The Company
Global leading logistics company situated in Western Sydney managing air, sea, and land transport services all over the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customs declaration information to importers and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation, including registration, classification and compilation.
- Prepare air and sea freight documents within tight deadlines.
- Address clients enquiries.
- Coordination with shipping lines, airlines, and government agencies.
- Follow up missing documentation from relevant parties.
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a customs department or the freight forwarding industry.
- Prior experience using CargoWise (preferred).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to interpret complex customs regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills.
