Role requirements:
The Customer Support Officers collaborate and liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders to gather and provide information to support Client enquiries.
... - Provide friendly, helpful customer service over the phone and/or email.
- Record enquiries using the records management systems.
- Create files for new clients and update existing client records.
- Contact clients and/or their representatives in writing to clarify or gather additional relevant information.
- Assessment experience; dispute resolution skills
About you:
- Effective time management skills and highly organised.
- Good attention to detail.
- Honed communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication style.
- Ability to quickly adapt and follow new processes and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Collaborate well with colleagues and other teams across the organisation to verify and share information.
