As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for phone and in-person enquiries, providing professional, efficient, and friendly assistance.
Alongside customer interaction, you'll support administrative tasks, data entry, and other essential functions that keep our operations running smoothly. This role requires someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities.
Hours:
- 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Provide exceptional service and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and store information
- Perform data entry and assist with general administrative tasks as required
- Process orders, manage returns or exchanges, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a welcoming and organised store environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers
- A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in administrative and data entry tasks
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
