Your New Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, who is known for their energetic, supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as primary point of contact for project customers, both internal and external
- Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints
- Process customer’s sales orders, returns & credits when required
- Monitor all aspects of the customers forward orders and backorders
- Ensure the customer is informed of upcoming sales promotions and stock shortages
- Handle stock availability & pricing enquiries as required.

About You:
- Ideally 3+ years experience with SAP
- Passionate and results driven within a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Experience in a similar customer Service or Order Processing position
