Tasks and Duties involve:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically (Talkdesk, email or LiveChat)
- Provide pricing, ETA’s, delivery information and tracking of orders to customers.
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer database.
- Process orders, returns, quotes and other requests.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, sales, marketing and service)
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through collaboration.
- Undertaking any other tasks that may be required.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
