As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for the branch and assist customers with a range of personal banking needs.

To be successful:
- Previous Customer Service experience required - Ideally from banking or financial services industry but happy to consider other applicants
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to commit to 5 days inthe branch
- A high level of professionalism
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Cash handling experience
About the role:
- Be the first point of contact for the branch assisting customers with a range of personal banking queries
- Handle transactions for customers including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and opening and closing accounts
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
- Provice a high level of customer service
- Cross sell bank products and services.
