Your new role
As a customer service representative you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and emails, with the focus on solving problems and answering any concerns. Full training will be provided for this role to ensure you thrive within it! If you have a genuine passion for customer service based roles, this is perfect for you!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls;
- Managing inbound and outbound emails;
- Being the first point of contact for all general enquiries;
- Act as primary contact between customers and specialised teams;
- Completing administrative tasks;
- Problem solving of any queries or concerns; and
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Your skills and experience
- 1 - 2 years customer service experience is required (preferably within a call center environment)
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working towards KPIs
