Location: Gold Coast - Oxenford to Elanora
Randstad are seeking a Customer Service Specialist within the banking sector in a casual capacity. This role involves working across multiple branches from Oxenford to Elanora, providing exceptional face-to-face customer service and attention to detail. The role of a Teller involves consistently processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, in addition to providing a seamless service. You will also identify opportunities to help the customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality face-to-face customer service.
- Assist with banking transactions and customer inquiries.
- Cover teller shifts across multiple branches in the area.
- Uphold bank policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s licence (as you’ll be covering various branches).
- Strong customer service skills with a personable approachable.
- Flexibility is needed as hours cannot be guaranteed.
- Ability to attend 2-5 weeks of full-time teller training (some flexibility available for part-time training during this period).
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday with branches opening at 9:30 AM.
- Uniform provided by the company.
