My client is an Australian owned and operated family business that delivers quality produce to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and canteens across Australia. This company is a market-leading food service provider for the Australian hospitality industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external suppliers/customers
- Taking orders & processing invoices from suppliers and customers
- Adhoc administration duties
- Inbound cold calling & client follow ups
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service experience (within the food/manufacturing industry preferred)
- Prior experience within a sales driven role
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic Sales knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
