Full Time Customer Service Role!
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Tullamarine
Our client is based in Tullamarine & due to growth we are currently seeking an experienced customer service officer to work on a full time temp to perm basis. If you are looking for a Customer Service role where you are deeply dedicated to helping customers, working within a KPI environment and delivering outstanding customer experiences then this role is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.
- Administration tasks as required
- Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information.
- Making outbound calls to advise of completion of jobs
- Meeting KPI targets
- Liaising with operations to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Working within a team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service experience (transport background preferred)
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- SAP experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
