In this exciting role, no two days will be the same! You will be working in a busy call center environment, where you’ll be:
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer and supplier questions with a positive attitude, both over the phone and via email.
- Providing Order Updates: Keeping customers in the loop on their order status and any changes.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborating with the sales team to manage and process sales quotes.
- Pricing Knowledge: Staying on top of costs and pricing for accurate customer information.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential sales opportunities and passing leads to the sales team.
- Complaint Resolution: Professionally managing customer complaints and escalating when needed.

Who You Are:
